How to Check Jati, Aay, and Niwas Certificate Status in Bihar

The official portal for all these certificates is ServicePlus (RTPS). Follow these steps:

​Step 1: Visit the Official Website

​Go to the official RTPS Bihar website

​Step 2: Navigate to "Track Application Status"

​On the homepage, look at the right-hand side sidebar under the section "Citizen Section" (नागरिक अनुभाग). Click on the link that says "Track Application Status" (आवेदन की स्थिति देखें).

​Step 3: Enter Your Details

​A new window will open. You will have two options to track your application:

1. ​Through Application Reference Number: This is the easiest method. Enter the Reference Number found on the slip you received when applying (e.g., BRIC/2025/XXXXX).
2. ​Through OTP/Application Details: You can use your registered mobile number.

​Step 4: Select the Date

​Choose whether you want to track using the Application Submission Date or the Application Delivery Date (as mentioned on your receipt).

​Step 5: Fill the Captcha

​Enter the security code (Captcha) shown on the screen and click the Submit button.

​Step 6: View Status and Download

• ​If your application is still being processed, it will show "Under Process".
• ​If it is ready, the status will show "Delivered".
• ​Once it shows "Delivered," a link to the Certificate will appear. Click on it to download your PDF.

​How to Download the Certificate Directly

​If you know your application is completed and you just want the file:

1. ​Go to the RTPS Homepage.
2. ​Click on "Download Certificate" (सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करें) in the Citizen Section.
3. ​Enter your Application Reference Number and your Name (in English).
4. ​Click Download.
